Rimmel stay matte is only powder, high or low end that covers my scars and stays all day. Think that's why people are loyal to it. Would like better packaging tho. Mine has broken top held together with washi tape 😉

Also, I've always loved how you'll wear any look anywhere. I would be so intimidated to wear a hot pink lip out, especially to a daytime function, but that concern is not even remotely on your radar, and it never seems to be any sort of big deal for you. Love it!

I wonder if Walmart has the same ordering tools as high end stores. In my 20s and 30s, I worked in high-end cosmetics, mostly on the vendor side. For a year I was a Department manager, working with each vendor once a month to order the right mix of stock. They had a whole list of upcoming magazine ads and a lot of heads up on products/colors that were going to be mentioned in articles. We ordered accordingly. But with KZbin, there's no way to know now. You, my dear, have a big effect on stock levels 😊

I live in Georgia, in the same town that Casey Holmes lived in before their move to NY, and when she was raving about the Sonya Kashuk foundation years ago, it was nearly impossible to find it in my area, so I absolutely believe that in your area, the things that you recommend get sold quickly!

@@btwidk5945 They still make brushes... but unfortunately they're exclusively synthetic now. Their old, natural-bristle brushes were on par (quality-wise) w/high-end brands. Their synthetic brushes are still good, but their previous "premium" brushes were extraordinary.

I've also noticed you can get a lot better coverage if you blend with your finger rather than a sponge or a brush. Just dab with your ring finger. It gives better coverage and doesn't crease as easily

3 Walmarts in my small City, two of them have the makeup area walled off with taller isle walls and a cashier at the opening so you either have to pay for your makeup as you're leaving or the put it in a clear lockbox until you get to the front cashier. It's sad.

Great video! Every time you recommend a product, I’ll try to buy it. 95% of the time it’s sold out in stores. If I’m quick enough I’ll get lucky and find it. I usually have to order it online but sometimes it’s sold out there too. From what I've heard they lock up what most often stolen. Also, I've never seen the monitor stop someone from swatching things. You'd thing it would be less expensive to just have testers so people aren't opening products. I always check seals and make sure things haven't been swatched or opened.

I frequent several Walmart’s- 6 super Walmart’s are easily within 30 mins of my home. So in Oklahoma only the neighborhood Walmart’s have stuff behind glass but there’s usually an employee nearby. However in several super Walmart’s I’ve been to from Tulsa to Fort Worth Texas the actual makeup area has been sectioned off from the rest of the store. There’s an employee at a dedicated register that either checks out your cosmetics for you or puts them in a security box that you can then carry to the front registers so that you can do the rest of your shopping . I guess it’s helped prevent theft and pilfering. 😊 this was fun! ❤️ love the eye palette!
