I've seen lots of interest in the new Tarte Maneater After Dark Palette - I ordered it from Ulta, and it arrived this past week with a shattered mirror. So I got my refund, then ordered straight from Tarte, hoping for better packaging! Ulta needs to stop putting products in huge boxes with minimal protection, in my opinion. Anyway, it should be here soon. Seems like it's going to be a beautiful palette & I'm excited to play! :)

Seeing the kitty makes me want to ask for a grey and pink shades for a cool skin tone look! Perhaps a pop of pink eyeshadow, then pink blush and lips. I have a very cool skin tone, so my Autumn/Winter clothing color palette this year is charcoal to light grey, black, mid wash denim blue to dark navy, Walmart’s Rose Wine (brighter burgundy) with accents of Pinks and Purples and Kelly Green.

I did purchase this new pumpkin palette after a friend told me it was really good. I was glad it was better then the chocolate palette. I dont think that purple pinky shade needed to be in it. When I think of a pumpkin palette I think shades of orange, greens and browns. I was disappointed not to see more green shades. The gingerbread extra spicy palette does have few shades that are in the pumpkin spice 2.

I just bought this palette today and used it quickly for the first time. I immediately noticed it's a way better quality than a TF palette from a few years ago. I only used like 3 colors so far and the mattes are one tap pigment with not a ton of fallout and just overall buttery and nice blending.

Thanks so much for making time to review this palette Emily, I rarely buy a Too Faced palette without a positive review from you! I don't care for that dry down from a liquid lipstick, it's too bad they don't release a cream lipstick with these as well, although I know I'd be able to easily find one that would work, probably among the lipsticks I already own! My mom bought me the cinnamon swirl pallet for Christmas last year and omg it's so pretty and it smells so good I definitely reccomend especially since the holidays are near again. I also reccomend the pumpkin spice pallet and it's on sale now too. The scent isn't really what I was thinking it would be but the packaging and the colors are adorable and such fall vibes.

Beautiful palette! Just not loving that they're charging more even with the decreased packaging quality. I'm all for the cardboard, better for the environment overall, but it shouldn't be more than the sturdier metal tins in my opinion! But you always have a way of making me want the things I already had decided not to get 😂 love you!
