As always, great video Emily! Over the years, watching your videos, I have picked up so many good habits. My all time favourite is; one touch. This is where your focus is to attempt to get the chore or activity done with one touch, for eg, fold the laundry and take it upstairs and put away. Rather than breaking it up like folding the laundry and leaving it by the stairs. Then later take up. Then after a week put it away. Basically to attempt to start and finish the chore/activity from start to finish in one go compared to breaking it up. One touch made my life so much easier and it increases the productivity level in my life. Literally life changing habit!

Hi Emily, thank you for your tips. As always it is so inspirative! 👍🤩 Curve card sounds really interesting for me. 💷 And I have also tip for you regarding the alarms on your phone. I use combination of two apps to be more productive during a day. One is called Habit - where a have alarms during a day which says don’t remember to take vitamins, go for a walk, I have some repetitive weekly tasks etc. Next one is To do app, where I white down my tasks in different categories and also share some of them with my hubby (specialy the stuff regarding the building of our house). I write there everything what came to my mind and choose daily what put on my to do list. I hope it also inspires you. 🙂 Thank you do much for your content. You are the best! 😍

I love the reminders in the phone….and with Siri you can just tell her what to put in and when😂 I use this for the shopping list as well. I have a shopping list in my reminder so that if I am running out of something I can ask Siri to put it on my shopping list. Then when I’m at the shops I know what I need or I put it on my shopping list when I go to get the groceries for the week😀😀

Point 2 is genius! I find that towards the beginning of every month things start to pile up. I usually go through clothes, toys and crafts about once a month and I do a mega declutter/ clean every 4 months. It helps! It's remarkable how much stuff accumulates in just a month!
