Dubai is amazing I should be going again for my birthday, not long until I reach the big 50. V helpful and inspiring! Celery is good both chopped up finely in with curry/pasta/shepherd’s pie type dishes (also soups) and raw as sticks for hummus or dips, but I’ve a feeling your menfolk don’t like it? 💜😊💜

Hey Emily. It's actually pretty cheap comparing to USA. I just went grocery shopping today and spent $200 and did not even bought as much as you. I always try to find what's on sale and in season. One of the grocery stores also has clearance every Wed i think and they have good selection for low price, otherwise it's super expensive. Mary

Hey from egypt you are so sweet i do somthing like what u did here but i have one note Not buying a bread. It is better to buy wheat flour and making bread and other pastries will be more affordable

I like having no plan , we just buy whatever looks good it’s worked out in our favour tonight is just tuna Mayo sandwiches. Dunno how you managed to keep up with this trend. I prefer to go with the flow, allows for more creativity. I do like the recipe ideas for your week though!

I'm surprised that you can feed a family of 4 on 140 pounds per week or less. I'm in Luxembourg, in the EU. We're a family of 3. I spend at least 250 Euros per week on food! How do you do it? We waste no food! Yet my bill keeps going up!

You can do it a lot cheaper,, sainburys is expensive, unless you go for the cheaper brands. Aldi or lidl is way cheaper. You shop where you can afford to 🧡🧡🧡🧡
