Hi Emily, mega short message to share something mega important with you. You don't realise how huge change you brought to my thinking about being "mum". You teach me how be "a nice mum". I have never had an experience of this in my life and you just openned my eyes to it. You helped me understood I want to be a "super nice mummy". Your little ideas work best for me - (sweet after school, new food covered with sparkles, buying "smiles"for dinners, the "love book" for 14th Feb for the boys ect.) All of these are mega simple but Emily, I have never thought how they will change my approach to taking care of my children. I want my children, an most importantly myslef, to think of me: "nice mum". As said, I never had a role model on this and now, I do - you. Thank you x

I read somewhere that being happy is making the choice to be happy every single day, and that had a big impact on me. I’ve struggled with anxiety and depression from a mood disorder my whole life, and had really intense PPD and POCD, but I’ve found that when I consistently make choices that I know will help me be happy or choose to always look on the positive side, it really helps.

I've been having a really hard time with "comparing" at work. I'm a teacher and mom of two littles and find I'm always comparing myself to another teacher who doesn't have kids and seems to have all this time to plan amazing activities. I'm doing the best I can, but put a lot of pressure on myself. I needed to hear this reminder today. Thanks :)

I Almost teared up towards the end a lot of what you’ve spoken about is so true. I went through a really tough time a year and a half ago and social media was the first thing to go for a good 6months! I’ve also had to step back and make very hard choices with my friends. I’ve now lost two of what were my best friends because they were toxic for life. It’s so sad, I have nothing against them and if they ever needed help I would of course be there in a flash but I guess our lives were moving in different directions and I chose not to take the end end they were heading for. I think about them all the time but everything happens for a reason and our friendships are so broken and it’s been so long now that nothing could repair those bridges. In turn it’s made me a happier person but it’s not without saying it was one of the hardest things to do. Xxxx

Your "How to pack the hospital bag" was the first video I saw, which helped me immensely as I am based in UK as well. I had a second baby boy in May ( won't lie that I wanted a girl). Always thought you had such a picture perfect life. But things are not always as they seem. I think God has blessed you with three gorgeous boys, to give the world men which you deserved to have as a child . Me two mumma of 2 boys and your videos keep me motivated specially after a rough day. Lots of love and keep the videos coming with the same positivity as always.

Yes! 🙌🏼🙌🏼 LOVED this Emily, I'm hoping my 17 year old was listening too, as she was sitting next to me. She's really struggling with life at the moment, not finding something to do after leaving school in June and losing interest in pretty much everything. Communication has broke down with her, within the family. She does see a professional and it's not just a teenage thing. I realise not just you can read this. She has an ongoing mental health issue. Raising little ones can be hard, but raising teens, is a whole new ball game. Thank you, Emily xx

I love your videos so so much! I know you try to spread positivity and so I just wanted to make you aware of the fact that when you said “I’m just a normal girl” after you said you had never suffered from depression kind of made me as someone who HAS suffered from depression feel kind of crummy because it implies I am not ‘normal’. I know your heart wasn’t to imply that I just wanted to make you aware since you said you don’t know what it’s like. You’re such an inspiration as a mom and woman and I want nothing more than to just raise your awareness about verbiage around the subject of depression. Much love! ❤️

Emily my upbringing was difficult at times.😑 Being poor and renting from place to place, moving often as well as family feuds. Hey Emily . I love ur videos. Your a super human being . U keep motivating me. I was feeling bad because ppl constantly hurt me and they are sadly some one from the family, but after watching your video I feel I should completely ignore them. I have been doing it but there are times when I feel bad for the way they have treated me and been treating me. They have always been so negative towards me inspite of being nice to them. I will avoid them for sure. Just want to be positive. Thanks for sharing your tips on being happy.
