This was peak fight with the FCC. Triumph the puppet dog, used to say things very similar to what Eminem was saying, but Eminem was being censored and Triumph wasn't because Triumph was a puppet. This wasn't allowed on the radio or anything this was a statement song about the absurdity of censoring music. Best example, this clean version replaces pee pee in the chorus with slinky, but still was allowed to say pee pee pee in the third verse because it wasn't considered sexual with 3 🤣

All the women mentioned were big at the time. He took lots of criticism from the women. The puppet is “Triumph” the comic. He used it a lot and Triumph was even on the Grammys or mtv awards one year throughout the show. The accent was “triumph” rapping. First, Triumph the Insult Comic Dog started out as a segment over 20 years ago on the Late Night Show With Conan O'Brien as a gag for interviewing all their celebrity guests and whatnot, character may have existed before that but it wasn't famous. That's where Em gets the "I joke-I joke, I keyed-I keyed" (I kid) line from and I believe it was at an event for the Grammy awards where the guy that wears the hand puppet, a.k.a Triumph said a bunch of stuff that pissed off Em but you can't really be mad at the guy for what Triumph does/says cause that's his shtick so he flipped it and says "ok now I'm gonna jack his persona and act batshit. The reference about making r&b and that he just likes to pee pee pee, obviously an RKelly reference and the Olsen twins shit in the movie theatre is a jab at Paul Rueben (Peewee Herman) cause it made it in like national news he got caught and arrested for "jackin' it" while watching an Olsen twins movie, one rated p.g. The worst thing that happened to me in the theatre is a guy was sleeping in the back row and his snoring was disturbing. He was a drunk guy. However this clip and song is bloody funny to me! XD I can see you are confused about it XD And yes, Em made "without me" and Michael did not like the "comedy" he thought it was offensive and distasteful! He even tried to ban it from MTV and if I am not mistaking they did ban it for a couple of months. So the puppet, MTV had that puppet or similar and they made comedy with it, that is what Em makes comedy out of, but in a more rough way :P I think it bothered the stars on the red carpet and maybe in their seats, I don't remember exactly it was long ago!
