Like a reverberation of his nightmare he's woken up from. Reinforcing the idea that "The Death of Slim Shady" is just a dream.

Go back and listen to My Darling again. Unless you already heard about Em saying 123 part, it happens to be exactly 1:23 into the song. And he says it 3 times which represents 666 and even the g g g sound he makes represents upside g’s are 666. This is a nod to the fact that he is talking to his devilish side of himself. Eminem already told you how this album would end years ago in a song. "...Old me kills the New me watch him bleed to death E V I L like an evil spell..." - Eminem “The Ringer” (2018). TDOSS is supposed to be listened to backwards. Once you do that, it is then you'd understand that it wasn't Slim Shady that died this time but Marshall. You even have the music videos as hints. Think about it in Houdini it's when Slim Shady first got here in 2024. Eminem also foreshadows this in the song "rap god" in 2013. "...Morphin' into an immortal, comin' through the portal, You're stuck in a time warp from 2004..." Why would Slim Shady come here at the end of the album? Now if you're paying attention and are listening to the album backwards while watching the music videos. Towards the end of Houdini you see Em and Pete Driving off in a road rage. Leading into the next song Road rage and then fuel with J.I.D. The battle between Eminem and Slim Shady has been going on Since my darling where Em tells you the darker truth about the character.

No, he didn’t start writing this album in 2004 but encore was supposed to be basically his last album but then proof died and he got hooked on drugs and started making a bunch of songs that were nonsense so encore never was the album that he really envisioned it to be. If y’all remember, there’s a music video for a song on encore where he’s performing in front of a crowd and at the end, he shoots himself well that was supposed to be the end of shady back then.

@@deancalder8799 I think @theRobbin97 is alluding to the fact that Eminem said that it's a concept album so make sure to listen in order. He did not specify that order. With the whole idea of "for my last trick", the david blaine promo, the Shady is missing posters promo, etc., it's not that wild to think Shady's last trick is convincing us he is dead when he isn't and that Eminem began the album feeling something, foresaw his own death, had a dream about Shady coming back and Em trying to put him down, then he pops out the portal and wreaks havoc until he spits on Marshall's grave and raps as the only Shady-only track (renaissance). I'm not sure i personally subscribe to it, but it does make some sense to me and is farfetched that Eminem made the album that you could conceptually see it both ways. On that note on Bambi, wouldn't the reverse be his mother being resurrected (implying she died) and not just never dying, as you said?

I don't understand why all these reactors keeping saying "he used AI" (to use a "cool" buzzword?). It's frustrating. Typically, when we refer to music being made with AI we mean that AI created the performance (like Drake's use of it for Tupac dissing Kendrick song). Not autotune/pitch correction.
