Cause I've seen people comment about how people use Eminem's music like some kind of therapy, cause Em knows what's like to be in those dark places. That's one of the reasons on why I believe he's the greatest of all time, even if you don't have exactly those problems that Eminem had, you still know what's like to be on sadness and anger, and Em just embrace them, he's so honest about it and invites the rest to do it as well.

I view this song as a motivational track written by Marshall for Marshall, I kinda see it as a reminder to himself that he is the goat. At the time he just came back from a hiatus because of his overdose and released Relapse which basically flopped, he was also coming off drugs at the time so he was rediscovering himself again. That’s why the first verse was all about believing in himself and telling “fuck you” to the haters then the chorus hits and it’s uplifting, keeping his spirit up and allowing himself to continue in the game.
