So maybe just maybe its possible that eminem chooses these beats or makes sure to have some kind of balance so that people don't just listen because the beats are fire and completely ignore the lyrics. He loves rapping and in the end of the day it'd what he wants you to hear.

The “ACCENTS!!!” is a nod to Relapse where Em used this weird accent in his cadence. So much that he actually talks about it on Recovery. Edit: This Dre beat is also a nod to older Em. Think Eminem Show or even Encore. Also Chronic 2001 by Dre had that familiar Dre production that’s used in this song. Think of it as a throwback to times past. Edit edit: to be honest, I like this song more because of Dre’s influence and less Em’s rapping. Just me.
