oh he is offensive all right. It is why he is loved as well lol.
@patrickschrag32003 жыл бұрын
He's the type of offensive that some can't get offended by cause most of what he says is amusing anyways. You'd have too be the other sensitive type of people to find it offensive like the ones who didn't understand him or where he was coming from in the first place. Some of what he says is based on what he went through But other stuff he says is just a creative way of getting back at people and also just having fun with his Ryhmes.
@steverogers65723 жыл бұрын
@@patrickschrag3200 idk what world you live in but eminem was politically incorrect, which means he didnt hold back his humor and was raunchy. Ofc people were offended. Idk what reality you two people live in where people werent offended by what he said or did.
@patrickschrag32003 жыл бұрын
@@steverogers6572 First of all I never said people weren't offended by what he says in his music, I said "some people aren't as easily offended by his music as others are". You either read it wrong or you might be living on your own reality. Anyone who listens to old Eminem knows about how he was and yes he is rapping about his life even though atleast some of it is just for fun to poke fun at other people cause he didn't care. He would've have cared about trying too offend people if people were already getting offending by it in the first place. That's the era of the whole Slim Shady/Marshal Mathers persona he did
@ricasears59103 жыл бұрын
You've got to give it to Eminem he is a lyrical genius, and literally doesn't give 2 fks what people think of him and he is his own person. He's told his life story tho his music and the future is yet to be written.

What I love about Eminem is that he wraps about what other people are too afraid to wrap about. He opens up dissing Pamela Anderson and her ex-husband Tommy Lee because she claimed he was violent but he made it a joke. Then he killed Dr. Dre. The boys walking are imitations of *NSYNC. Everyone woman that he pretty much dissed basically dissed him. He made a lot of enemies with his song but that’s why he has so many fans. Godzilla and Rap God are great songs to check out. His song are very creative and so catchy.

He was different to other rappers as instead of posing he poked fun at things. He was able to rage, be insulting, and talk about his mental instability because it was all done tongue in cheek and dressed up in great humour and entertainment. Even the sexist and homophobic content....well, it was still hard not to like the naughty boy cause in the next sentence he would make you spit out your drink in laughter. He had a terrific confidence and energy but wasn't trying to be cool or someone he wasn't. He opened the world of rap up to alot of people who wouldn't have tried it before (listeners and performers). The first time I saw him I thought he was gimmicky and a 1 hit wonder. How wrong I was...Incredible music and lyrics and the delivery is impeccable.
