I don't mean to argue with opinions, but that's sort of what you're doing, personally I see Eminem as the greatest technical/lyrical rapper of all time next to Kendrick and Nas, I understand what you feel when you hear that Eminem's the greatest over the internet - "another 15 year old white kid who's only listened to eminem claim he knows the greats" but I too consider myself a hiphop head. And if you look over what Em's done compared to other lyricist's it's not at all surprising that people do put him up there as one of the greatest lyricist's of all. to name a few of his song's that are yet to be outdone there's - Rock Bottom, Stan, Sing for the Moment, Mockingbird and 'Till I Collapse. sure there are other songs that can be ranked among such songs but not even Nas has this kind of consistancy in story telling and flow whilst having pretty insane and complex rhymeschemes while getting his point across.
