Never heard of it, cabin service job is done by cabin crew in most airlines, Emirates has it for the big aircrafts called A380, since its big with so many passengers

As a tocketing agent, youll be assisting staff and passengers with their reservations. Booking , rebooking, cancelling and many other reservation roles. For this position, you dont habe to be stationed at the airport. They could have you work at any of their reservation offices at any location
