Dubai Made Me! I’m forever grateful to be a part of this wonderful place and excited about all the new plans for the years ahead. Since everyone is misunderstanding me let me clarify. I like dubai because- i feel safe and in my home country I didn’t feel safe. I like dubai because it has given me an opportunity to work and study - and in my home country the unemployment figures are high. I am aware that there are problems here too but it doesn’t affect my personal life where as back home it did affect me. So i might be near sighted but i have little to do with the outside world, politics and leadership. At least i can work, get groceries for my family, drive and meet a friend for coffee and thats good enough for me!

I think he was saying why would we merge the two independent airlines to make a single national one. I think that because he was saying in China, there is not just one airline, France, the UK, the US, etc. I am not certain, but thinks that’s is what he was saying.
@ahmeda.31982 жыл бұрын
Even if you see the title of the video, it paraphrases him as saying ‘Merging the two UAE airlines reduces competition.’ I guess that both airlines, though operated independently, are owned by the same group, so the question was why not merge them.

I have been living in Dubai for almost 20 years. I have also lived in the US, UK and many countries in Asia. Without a doubt, I consider Dubai as the best city to live in. Overall, the UAE can offer a very good and balanced lifestyle. After living in a place like Dubai, it's very hard for anyone to live elsewhere because everywhere else feels inconvenient. Dubai and Abu Dhabi in particular are very advanced and modern. The US and the UK are good at branding themselves as first world countries, but it's all a facade. They really offer no quality of life to other nationalities and I find them to be racist yet they like to speak against it on the media. Especially the Brits, they're all talk and talk is cheap
