Once you get in the lounge, you immediately go to the showers area (ask at the reception where is it) and get a queue number. The waiting time is about 30-60 min in rush hours.

If your flight leaves out of say Concourse A do you have to go through security to assess the lounge in Concourse B and go through security again to get to your gate at Concourse A?

Yes, there is a storage area next to the reception. You can ask the concierge for directions.

Is there any sleeping area in this lounge ?

We couldn’t find any private sleeping cabins like in Qatar’s lounge for example. There is a quiet area though.
