More like a domestic league cup, like FA Cup or Copa Del Rey.

@@Zarbon000basically the Soccer champions of Europe. Europe is where all the best players play pro ball and since every European country has its own pro league, the champions league is used to determine who the best team is by getting the best teams from each of the countries and they use the same format the NBA is using for the cup. It’s actually pretty huge, so much so that the champions league finals apparently has significantly more viewers than even the Super Bowl.
