Thanks Manos, precise ostial coverage of PDA was a hard work to do which you have done it perfectly, what is your idea about crossing over from PDA to RCA and then POT in main vessel not to miss the ostium, especially for operators who are not experienced as are you.

I understand the KISS principle, but would a mini-crush have worked as an alternative in the RCA stenting in this case? There are times when we cant be 100% sure of stent placement, and this would ensure stent coverage of the ostial lesion without stent protrusion. Thanks for the video.
