I'm currently on the journey of my diagnosis after years of struggling with mental health conditions and an eating disorder. The paralysis I feel when there are so many thoughts flying around is debilitating and feeds back into my depression when I can't execute the tasks I set out to do. Loved your honest chat about how you feel about your ADHD. It made me feel so seen as I have the same feelings and it made me quite emotional but in a good way. I showed it to my bf as it so perfectly described my own life and he understood. I'm currently undiagnosed but I'm hoping to get on the right track this year. Thanks Emma ❤❤

I can relate to what you said about your mental health and the highs and lows you experience. I can't wait to see the garden progress. Also, definitely enjoy living by yourself while you are in this period of life! I wish I had told myself to have some solo time, but i completely skipped that stage.

Seeing ADHD in you makes me so much more certain I have it, and may benefit from a diagnosis/medication. I always thought there wasn't much point but I don't think I realise that a lot of my issues can be associated with ADHD!
