I thought for a moment how I'd love more shots of you all sitting down together and eating these amazing meals... but then I realized that it is much more important to keep that time sacred. No cameras or work to be done. I can't imagine the work-life balance with the kind of work you are doing. That being said I am so thankful that there are people in the world like you to help people in the world like me. Thank you for the most important work you are doing here--raising your children! I appreciate that you are not filming all of the time you spend with them because that would certainly change the focus of that precious time. May God bless you all.

Thank you Lisa, this reminds me of growing up in rural Wisconsin, my Mom had a huge organic garden and she was also a forager, including mushrooms like you, she knew where all the secret wild berry patches were in the area, old apple trees and wild asparagus. Your time in the kitchen reminds me of my Mom cooking for our family, food fresh from her garden, your video fills me with gratitude for all my Mom did for me and my family.

As an Italian mama 🇮🇹, I can tell you we use this condiment for pasta “burro e salvia” a lot, especially on ravioli or tortelloni or any kind of stuffed pasta. Another idea is to make spaghetti with garlic and hot pepper 🌶️ from the garden, spaghetti aglio e olio. Fry hot peppers with extra vergine olive oil and add some garlic. No Parmesan or cheese on top of this dish.😊 You’ll see, the taste is amazing 🤩 Thank you for sharing your recipes, my family loves them!

Is it just peppers and garlic or do you also add tomatoes when you cook it? ❤
@EmmaHope883 ай бұрын
@@Qtneyjane No tomatoes. It's called spaghetti aglio e olio, so spaghetti garlic and oil. It's a very simple dish with few ingredients.
@alexyes429013 күн бұрын
@ It’s just some cloves of garlic and hot chilly peppers sautéed in hot extra virgin olive oil for a couple of minutes. They don’t have to be brown. And then add cooked pasta, usually spaghetti. Sauté for 3/4 minutes and that’s it! 😊 simple but super tasty!

I love your videos and use a lot of your recipes!! A few years ago my jalapeños weren’t hot at all. They tasted like a sweet pepper.
