Boy, they really threw all the clichés into the beginning of this episode ... "you can be anything you want" (not true of course!) ... "I'm not a kid, I can look after meself" (I can remember Aaron saying this many times) ... " me and you against the world" (I first remember this cliché being used when Aaron mentioned that his abusive father used to say this to him). Writers of Soaps love to re-hash but it doesn't come across as natural or real.

I actually like it. I'm usually not a fan of long lost siblings but this I think is good. Chas really needs someone on her side. While I hate what she did to Paddy, Eve and Aaron, it's no worse than any other person that's cheated on the show. Heck, Moira cheated on her first husband with his brother and got pregnant by him. Then she cheated and slept with her nephew and brother of her son. Then had a huge affair with her stepson. Sure no one knew at the time but him, but she was all for that affair. Not to mention the abuse she's given Cain. Beating a man with childhood abuse in his past that she knew about, that was pretty horrible. Sorry, I just really think Moira has no reason to be so sanctimonious.
