I have anxiety and panic attacks panic disorder and flashbacks PTSD because of my past and I have four panic attacks or two everyday at school and thoughts of self harm

Don’t self harm if you do it once you will want to do it again and again. Self harming can lead to sepsis which is very deadly and can take your life. Unfortunately sepsis isn’t uncommon to get from self harming or even if you do only cut once. There are other ways of self harming but there still just as bad and deadly. If you do feel tempted there are healthy alternatives. Are you in therapy if not you really should be. They will help you and won’t judge or shame you. It’s extremely important to get better. Darling it needs to be your number one priority. School sounds like a very stressful environment for you maybe you should take a break. Get diagnosed as medically unfit for it. School is no where near as important as your mental health is you can come back to school any time in your life. Please try and get better soon ❤️ there are many people who can support you. If you cannot open up to friends or family try support groups online. You only have to tell them as much as you want to

OMG! Liv is having a seizure repeatedly. She can't control herself. This is terrible and unhealthy as well as weird. Poor girl! There is absolutely something wrong with her, right after she fainted. 😮

Yea maybe in the show but you could be epileptic so don’t call it unhealthy most of the time you don’t remember but if you do it’s scary

I love paddy don’t get me wrong but paddy shouldn’t of held onto her as restricting a person having a seizure can cause more good than bad. I know this as I have seizures myself. You should lay the person on their side make sure their airway is open try not to let them bite their tongue as they can choke on it. Also make sure objects are out of the way so they don’t injure themselves
