Caleb is not the only Dingle/Tate in the village now as Noah is also one and Noah is his nephew which means Faith has a few grandsons Nicky, Kyle, Nate, Issac, and Arron she already has a few granddaughters too Debbie, Eve and the late Grace, possibly one of Caleb kids Nicky sister perhaps there’s another theory we do not know about

It's an interesting story and certainly a plot twist I didn't see coming. I know Kim had her 'bit of rough' with Dave Glover, but I don't know if I can believe that Frank had an affair or even a one night stand with Faith. Personally, I think it would have made more sense if he had had a fling with Dolly Skilbeck after she left Matt and when she was working for Kim and for Nicky to have been their love child - and this could possibly even have seen Matt and Dolly (and Sam) return to the village.
