@@mariamnasser8807 That Elle is aa smart and sharp as a newly honed razor. I'd say that THAT one needs to come with a caution. Razor sharp, this animal bites when provoked. A bit like a puppy or a kitten, they look really sweet, cuddly cute, snd adorable, BUT! you don't want to rub them up the wrong way, and THAT'S for sure.

I didn’t see the musical, only the film but even if what the other commenters said was true, Warner chose his parents over the woman he “supposedly” loves, and only did it cause Elle wasn’t considered smart, sophisticated and serious enough, what rubbish. Also, not sure if it’s in the play but in the movie when he was dismissive of the promise Elle made to Brooke, also seemed like a major red flag and Vivian noticed it too at that moment. The fact that he’s so dismissive of promises and honour would def make me wonder about his character. I’m the end Emmett was a much better partner imo.
