I'm loving this! I love how Walker has Brendan all figured out. I love seeing Brendan's human side again (it's been too long) and I LOVE that Cheryl's telling him how it is. Only thing I don't like is Scottish Foxy fighting for his life :( I mean, I think he's an idiot and all, but I would kinda miss him if he died... Oh, and this storyline is the only thing that keeps me sane while Ste and Doug are MIA. Thanks for posting these videos emmettscanlanfans!

Emmet has described Brendan as a sociopath, but he cares too much to have that label,he loves Ste, now we can see he loves Joel, I think brendan is a controlling narcissist, insecure from years of trauma and denying who you are, self loathing and pain, never wanting people to see him so he won't get hurt again, but the more he pushes, the more he is alone, which is not what he wants, he isn't a lone wolf, quite the opposite

Okay, we know Brendan doesn't LOVE Joel, but he DOES care about him, even if very little, and the fact that Joel was stabbed because of him drives him mad. And I get that many don't like Joel (not anymore anyways), but he's got some intriguing traits and possible awesome story-lines, especially if he'll clean up his act and become a badass by his on right and in his own way. If the writers have any sense to them, they'll develop Joel's character and give him decent storylines to be in.

That slap even hurt me! I loved that scene the shock on both of their faces was priceless and that like moment of fear on Cheryl's face... Gahhhaaa it was just so good! I love when they dress Cheryl down because then you can actually see how pretty she is.. sometimes they make Bronagh look so not pretty.. And it looks like Joel has gotten under Brendan's skin..

he's looking like a charming snake to me. hopefully we will see more of Walker. a sociopath dont need a reason to do something. He could be turn out to be a real friend who knows but I dont trust him. he knows what cards to play and hes all smiles. such a collective nature does not comes easily, just look at Brendan.

Walker I have to say is a different kine of snake/psycho. Pretty Brilliant, Niel is amazing so far :3 he is planning to strip Brendan and take everything from him. also Brendan deserve that slap at the end, the problem with trying to be the big bad lonesome wolf is that, if you still have a heart it means nothing.

Oh my God, such a dramatic episode. Brendan actually cares about Joel, I can't tell if it is a father-son sort of relationship or if Hollyoaks wants to make another person gay. Anyways, really hope that Joel won't die and that Walker stays longer, want to know about his and Brendan's history.

Indeed, sociopaths are 100% incapable of love. That's why Walker is the best fucking match you could get for Brendan. He does have a human side. Brendan himself wants to deny it, but it's true, and it makes him vulnerable. It's great to see him stumbeling for once.

I like this storyline more than Stug, sorry, but that's too... sweet for my taste. Anyway - I would like to see some good moments for Brendan, though I know there won't be any for a long time. It's a bit hard to take for a fan, he has just drama and problems and losses for about a year. And Walker brings some more :) But he's a great character, so I'm confused...

Maybe this is the catalysis for change on some level for Brendan. Thanks hollyoaks I almost stopped watching, emmerdale, eastenders, and nieghbors had me going hollyoaks was an afterthought. I don't want Brendan to stop being the bad guy, I just want him to treat Ste with love and respect. I like the stug storyline but Doug and Ste look alittle odd to me.
