ahhhhhh!!!!! So many things about this episode!!!!!!! The end scene killed me!!!! Brendan's face when Steven said he was leaving for a couple weeks, it just screamed "I'm losing him again!!" Then that little smile right before Steven leaves like, "it's okay I can let him walk out I'll figure this out!" And then as soon as he walks out Brendan's like, "no I can't lose him again," and runs after him. It was so sad to see how much you could tell brendan wants Steven. What really pisses me is the fact that Steven can't understand why Brendan's acting like this! I mean he says In a later ep that if brendan makes him chose between him and the kids the kids will always win. And I wanted to slap Steven when he said he wouldn't hide In the shadows for anyone! I mean look at what Brendan's done for him!! You could also see how much brendan wants to go to Florida with Steven!!! However I think he'd get further with ste if he didn't make promises as often as he can cause all he ends up doing is breaking them, and breaking stes heart along the way 😭

I think I've watched this story like 10 times now, and where I understand Ste's frustration. He's not thinking objectively and he doesn't seem to care much that Brendan might never see his children again if he doesn't back off for two weeks. I understand Ste, but I understand Brendan more in this situation. He loves his kids, always wants to put them first and helps others to do the same. If only they were able at this point to calmly talk things through, but then again. We wouldn't get all the drama both actors are so good at.

my favorite line of this episode 8:00 " I wanna kiss him but I wanna kill him" so true, poor Ste. I can totally see why hes acting like this. I would say unreasonable but Brendan gotten so many chances and then those promises. He almost got everything he wanted and he's it just slips away in an instant. I really do think Brendan wanted to keep his promise but this just caught him off guard and eileen saying she will take the kids from him :C come on girl, I know you hurt but give him a break?

"You haven't got the guts." Wow...way to emasculate a man Ste. But he deserves it, has well earned it and it's the #truth . I'm loving these past few eps. It's an emotional roller-coaster but their storyline is finally moving along again, after being stagnant for ages, and the chemistry is as fiery as ever. I can't stop replaying every scene between them. I do hope that Ste comes to realize that Eileen is basically forcing Brendan back into the closet. If Ste had to choose between his kids and anyone else, his kids would win (altho he bumped his head with Noah, which was uncharacteristic) so he should understand Bren's position. And Brendan is actually chasing after him for a change instead of waiting for Declan to leave and then scheming to win him back like he previously would have done. Ste needs to acknowledge that he's at least trying. The writers clearly changed (or forgot) some details concerning Eileen and the kids so in keeping with that.. I'm not surprised that Eileen is less than receptive of Bren's homosexuality, being a hardcore Catholic and all. Maybe she thought he and Macca were a one off (if that still stands). She'd basically be the female version of him and if he's struggling as hard as he is to accept himself, she is going to be in pretty much the same boat, especially since he was her husband and is the father of her children. She can't help but wonder about their marriage. But threatening to deprive children of their father's presence isn't Christian and since she didn't care what Bren had to do to get money when she needed it for their son, she shouldn't use his sexuality against him just because she doesn't agree with it.

I'm not going to lie, I don't really appreciate Steven's actions in this episode. I know he was angry and disappointed when Brendan lied to Eileen despite it being more than obvious that were kissing when she walked in on them. And I know that he's probably hating himself for believing Brendan would come out for him. But he knows all too well that Brendan would do anything for his kids, and as a parent himself, he should have given Brendan the time to see Declan, especially since he rarely gets to see his boys! That aside, I absolutely love the way Brendan runs after Steven, because he fears that this might actually be the last time. The other times they hooked up, there was no intention for them to be together from Brendan's side. But this time, he had made several promises, and he knew that there was a chance Steven might actually never forgive him (though I doubt Steven would be able to stay angry at him for too long). I just love the fact that him, someone who claims his boys mean the world to him, chose Steven over Declan (in some ways)!

Yeah, I thought Brendan's kids were younger as well. But I figure that Brendan can't be older than 36 (because Noah said at one point that Brendan is in his 30's) and my guess is that he had kids when he was fairly young, and Declan looks about 14. I guess it makes sense. On another note, great acting today from Kieron and Emmett. I can understand why Brendan is acting like this, considering it's about his kids; and I love this Brendan who is so hopelessly in love with Ste.

The whole thing with the Disney Land / Florida confusion is the writers fault. Its the writers not Brendan who made the mistake thinking Disney Land being in Florida. Its Disney World that's in Florida, not Disney Land. Disney Land is in California, not Florida. The proper location of the two is confused by the writers. So if Brendan finds himself in Florida looking for Steven at Disney Land, he will never find him, he'll be in California.

Lord have mercy!!! I'm sooo excited that Steven is standing up for himself and refusing to act like Brendan's dirty secret. Steven needs to get away for a few days to put things into perspective and figure out what is best for him. Will Brendan use the time from Steven to do the same, enjoy his son and reflect on his relationship with Steven? I doubt it. He's gonna try to manipulate Steven back in that closet with him.
