I truly don't understand how anyone can defend Ste. As bad as Amy has been, Brendan kills people and people are constantly trying to kill him. Even now, Walker is still lurking about plotting revenge. Ste can be the kindest, gentlest parent in the world, but he's still placing his kids in mortal danger when they're around Brendan. I support Brendan and Ste, but Ste should let Amy take the kids.

I have long ago given up on Amy. She is hell bent on having her way as always. To think, she was once one of my favorite characters. I really liked her, the way she and Ste go along with each other. Ste couldn't have asked for a better ex. She is so willing to hurt Ste just because she can't stand Brendan. Now that she's hopefully off the show, I hope she out there in the real world reduced to Kicking Rocks !

Unlike the rest of these people siding with Amy. Well I don't. I think she is being a totally unreasonable bitch. She's not even willing to let Ste speak his mind. Then she has the nerves to blame Brendan for Ste's actions, as if it were Brendan's who made Ste grab her. Amy all by her self caused that. The bitch trapped Ste into a corner where he had no other way out. Not saying what Ste did was right. But, hell, she needs to take credit for her own actions. anyone who know's Ste and his story line knows he didn't mean that. No one is more repentful of all the pain Amy lived with in the past then Ste. He literally never cuts himself slack on that. Its just hard to believe that she actually blamed that on Brendan. I so really wish the writers hadn't mad her like this. I really liked her once.

now alot of these comments are verging on remedial, STOP! JUST STOP! we can call Steven every name in the book from high school drop out to abusive scally but i draw the line at unfit parent... WRONG! he has always been a kick ass parent he was there for those kids before they were even born he has always done his fair share and beyond to make sure that they were always provided for and well taken care of even when amy couldn't be a mother herself. he jumped in front of a freaking van for leah.

low blow arguable, she had gone to africa with her guy for six months and this isn't the first time Ste had take care of the kids apart from her psd. she was going to take his kids so his desperation was believable.

oh please he didn't attack her he just stated his feelings towards her she always has to put in her two sence so he onlt said what he felt, and you know hwta he wasn't off base. amy is allowed to have full say in what anything that pertains to the kids and ste is suppose to just sit back and nodding his head. the arm grip was totally out of left field true! but everything else he said and did i can't fault.

Well, he's not dealing drugs anymore and he's not abusing Ste. Also, parents yell at their kids all the time. Ste is not a bad parent. Now, that being said I do agree with Amy taking the kids because of people like Walker from Brendan's past who might come back to hurt him. Of course no one wants the kids to be caught in the cross fire. Hopefully the kids can still visit and not be moved permanently. The kids belong with mom and STENDAN belongs together!!!

He has always tried his best n turned his life around mostly b/c of them. He may not make the best choices but he loves his children n do anythign for them without a doubt. Clearly emotions are high! Amy concerns are valid, however Steven has been a constant in his children's life! He is always there, and always puts his children first! Even Brendan would loose against Ste kids. Amy you are been a little unreasonable, Ste is not the same person he was a few months ago! He has grown into the man he should be! Had Brendan not changed whom he was,Ste would not be with him! At this point Brendan would die for Steven and his child! He loves them that much!

I actually think that Amy could have reacted better if Ste had told her about Brendan. Because Amy is Actually cool person and I think she is more angry about Ste not telling her anything about he and Brendan living together. She even took kids to see Ste when Brendan went to jail because she knew he needs them.

Ummmmm....WTF, Ste? Amy has every right to want her kids far away from Brendan and attacking her like she is some kind of absentee mother was a low blow! It's not even an assertion rooted in reality! Ok so Brendan made alot of mistakes so has everybody else in Hollyoaks they always blput Brendan down and.judge and yet they don't look at themselves and he isn't perfect but at least he regrets what he has done and he is trying to do right unlike some people who hurt people and they don't care nor regret it... #StendanAllTheWay
