Mandeep ji, Godrej aur Blue star AC dono brands mein vaccum process karne bola hai, aur ye bhi likha hai ki vaccum 1500 microns se neche hona zaruri hai, vaccum process time se koi lene Dena nahi hai, vaccum guage mein 0.0001bar/h Pa hone tak vaccum karna hoga.

You are sharing very important and useful information. Most of the time I noticed that people are complaining about vacuuming not done while installing a new LG AC and technician always says that they do self pumping only. But note, if you read the installation manual from the company, it clearly states that evacuation is important and should be done via a vacuum pump for at least 15 minutes. I checked the manual myself and always ensure that a proper vacuuming should be done before installing a new split AC. Thanks

Sir, my 2 new Daikin split acs were installed on 28th March 2024 but my technician insisted that vacuum is not required, I knew that it is required but still I got convinced and allowed gas release without vacuumisation in the first ac. Later, when I talked to friends, I got to know that it is extremely mandatory and following which I asked the technician to bring a vacuum pump to correctly install my second AC. He said that he will vacuumise the first ac also after gas storage in the ODU. I was not aware of the right process so I agreed to vacuumise the first ac even after installation. now i understand after your videos that vacuum after installation is not useful. What should I do? Shall I ask for ODU replacement from Daikin? Please help.

For example: if one mixes water in the milk, is there any method of separating the two? No point of vacuum in first ac, air is already mixed with gas. You can get 2ac vacuumed. if you can get odu replaced, then that would be the best option.

Sare ke sare technician gawar muslim hote he they never take any care for installation only concerned about their money. Never do vacuum. Don't check drainage. Didn't take care of U loop .Didn't have ampere meter do not checked current rating .all are untrained but are claimed as company authorized technicians. Charged installation fee with Gst but no receipt provided

Actually Vacumme karne me Bande ko 20-25 minutes lagte h aur Insrallation khud 1.5-2 hours approx lag jate h isliye time bachane ke liye nahi karte h technician,......Garmi jyda hoti h to inke paas kaam bahut jyda hota h aur ye technician mostly third party se hote h jinse tie up hota h company h aur inhe jyada se jyda install karna hota h,....Peak season hota h aur bando ka target,....per installation extra amount milta h bando ko agar nahi hua h to bhi ac chalega but iski life par impact pad sakta h....... Fir bhi agar Vacumme karana h to company ko complain karo via mail or call or write to higher authority,....time lenge ye log may be by 1 week but karna padega
