I dont get the "Tap" icon in the game. Does not appear that EMO registers the touch

You will need to pat EMO. If EMO is not responding to a Pat. I would suggest to power him off and back on again. Once he is back on. Test to see if you can Pat EMO and he can respond to a pat.
