i remembered "falling", a song i binged on a frequent until my hard drive crapped out years ago. (+2005, myspace, purevolume, mojo) 2019 wanted to see if he's still active. But this live performance is probably the best thing i could ever hope for. For F****s sake i loved this guy's music when i was in highschool, went to college/lived in Santa cruz (2009-17), and just discovered he's FROM SANTA CRUZ...but never heard local news about a live performance (i.e. crepe place, bacchi's, moe's alley, ect). Sorry, drunk and binging nostalgic music, but thank you for the upload, he's really good live. i hope he continues to make music, he's so talented. I know it was ironic at first, "emo side project" but he really nails that shit on the head. and you can feel the sincerity. *edit - yup drunk, rewatched, heard him say he was from kansas, but his bandcamp says santa cruz

hey!! yeah i was living in kansas when i was doing my phd. now i'm in santa cruz doing a post-doc. i love it here. i promise i'm still writing music i'm just a little bit busy these days. seriously though from the bottom of my heart thank you (and thank you to anyone else who watched this performance and commented) so much for the love and support!
