Since the setting is prior to HW it was fairly easy to get a house since there wasn't too many players in low pop servers and they didn't add the timer or the limit restrictions per account. That's how some players managed to buy out entire wards with just a few alts.

The last time I cried that much for FFXIV content was end of 5.3 (and at that time my parents went to check on me bc I was crying so loudly they got worried). Not only because sad lalafells is the saddest thing in the whole universe, but also because those situations speak to me on a personal level. And the more I think about it, the more I feel like crying again. Don't let people you care about feel left out.

don't forget that the movie is in Japanese. I don't know how digital keyboard looks like for JP, but if it's alphabetical, then お→か→え→り is one of those you can type easily, if U memorize placement for each sound (few months was enough time to practice ^_^ ), because you don't have to navigate through list of kanji after typing hiragana. And yeah, I agree...this okaeri was so touching....since bluehairl ala didn't say "matte" trying to stop blackhair lala, I was eagerly anticipating that this time she'll say something for sure! (*_*)!

Those who aren’t familiar with Japanese, the phrases they exchange at the start of HW don’t translate completely in English. When she says “welcome back” and the other responds “I’m back”, these phrases tend to imply a return to “home.” The phrase ただいま is a greeting one uses upon returning home, while the phrase おかえり, is said as a way to welcome someone home. This makes the exchange a little more emotional when understood in Japanese.

Some people might have terrible wifi, some people play in ccountrie where they ban voice chat apps, some people just have straight up anxiety at the thought of talking with other players. Lack of communication can be frustrating in raid contents, but you have to understand they probably feel more terrible about it than you do. At the end of the day, it's a game. Something people play to escape from the real world for a bit.
