The septic system pipes needs to angle down 1/8 inch per foot so the water doesn't outrun the solids.

Consider before back filling the dirt, have a plumber come inspect just to make sure it’s good to go. Should be the cost of a service fee since there not having to do any work.

You're doing just fine, Jason. A lot of people don't realize how expensive it is to have a septic tank and field put in (usually $7,000-$10,000 minimum). You're also lucky that you don't have a rock farm like you had at the OG off grid property and parts of Shootdang Ranch.

Having been a plumber. And I started in the 70s. Your underground may look pretty but in a year will fail. U said what can happen. Well , toilets will back up. Be very slow. Showers will have standing water in them. All, waist lines below ground. Have to be bedded in pee gravel. It protects the pipes. Pee gravel also has to be on top. To protect the slope. What u did will settle oddly, have a belly in a main run. The drop in slope, is where solids will stop. Liquids will drain. Leaving solids back. They will stop it up. Then pipes, will settle deeper, the concrete on top. Will push gravel thru the PVC. And break the pipes. The slab will have to be dug up to fix it...that's when will call a plumber.

You do things the way you want as I know you will anyway but I just wanted to share what I would like to watch on your videos. I don't know your money situation and it's none of my business but if money allows, I would love to see you hire out the Grain Bin build and show us the everyday progress on it while you and Danielle finish the floor and build the doors for the barn, build the fences, run water lines, run electric lines, build a driveway and just do all the other things that are needing done before winter while the house is being taken care of by the professionals. Just my opinion on what I would like to watch but you know how opinions are!!! I Love watching everything yall do (except when you talk about killing animals). Have a Blessed Day.

Hi Jason I'm no plumber either lol but watching you doing your plumbing and one question keeps coming to mind, ' what if you get a leak?' Now don't take this wrong I really would like the answer because coming from the UK we would never put pipe under cement because in time pvc piping is not that strong long term and with the weight of gravel and soil AND cement there is a big possibility of the pipe cracking, collapsing etc. I know we build different to USA but the problem is the same lol I'm so worried for you for later on down the time line 😅
