Dear David, I have thousands upon thousands of these containers inside my body & they have overloaded my system to the point where it's severely affecting my body in negative ways so much so I'm to the point where I can only stand or walk no more than 3 minutes at a time before I'm taken over by excruciating pain. I know for a fact it is due to the stress that has been put on my nerves from being married to a Narcissist. The daily torture of being in the fight or flight mode day in & day out for 20 years has slowly widdled my body to pieces. I know for a fact it's my nerves due to having brief moments of feeling completely well. I'm now desperate to find away to deal with all these containers that are overflowing in my body. Please Help Me! Thank You From: The Empathwarrior p.s. It gets worse with every day that passes.

Hey David Snyder how do i deal with dissociation
@queenofthebutterflies52125 жыл бұрын
Hey friend, I do that often (dissociate) - used it as a coping mechanism during severe traumatic events. My therapist told me to try grounding meditation *every morning*, things like gardening, doing things with hands, ie. making things, knitting, drawing, etc. Excercising, dancing. Basically anything that makes you feel like you are in ur body. We're so used to being out of our bodies, we almost forget we have one - I forget to eat b/c I don't feel hungry, I'm so out of touch with my body. I hope I've suggested some helpful advice. It's working slowly for me, David's videos and other's on trauma are helping me... I wish you the very best 🙏 (How amazing would it be to see David as ur fix it person?!!)

@@queenofthebutterflies5212 Thanks, Queen, I am going to use this too. I used to dissociate pretty much full-on when I was younger, it was like an invisible wall would be between me and the world, although I very rarely do so anymore. I do need to still be Imore aware of being an embodied being and to take care of myself and my body, especially as I am not getting any younger and it will no longer just take care of itself. Your suggestions sound like a wonderful idea and I would also suggest for anyone in this situation to try taking a course on Mindfulness. It literally changed me and the way I see the world.

I am not going to deny that you are truly awesome David. I found the trauma exercise to be highly cathartic. I found your comment about god's purpose curious. It reminds me of Sir Isaac Newton when he was unable to do the calculations he laid the answer at the alter of god. Eventually someone else found the scientific answer and god was tossed another, different bone. In the spirit of sharing, we truly have no purpose. This universe will be sucked into the next black hole that comes along, (in about 13.5 billion years, so relax.) When two photon collide they produce atoms. Life begins. All trial and error and sometimes with the help of external manipulation. Not by gods but by those that may pose as gods to assume control. If you're just covering your bases, that's fine with me, been there done that. To totally believe in a fictional, invisible guy in the sky who sees and knows everything is IMHO, naive. Do we really need purpose? Perhaps not, just enjoying the ride and staying out of harms way is a good enough purpose for all of us. Many of us have callings. What fascinates us, give us joy will most often be helping others to feel good about themselves. Congratulations, you don't need god, you have found the key to happiness. Not saying there is not an afterlife. Being in touch with my subconscious I have managed to communicate with a past life though a poem I wrote to a muse while delving into my inner being. Much later my research led me to the history depicted in the poem of an ancient society my muse was part of. Next life, I have plans. What fun is there in heaven for eternity?
@Amy-ms6wj5 жыл бұрын
Its also kind of naive to dismiss people's belief in a 'God' and then say there is definitely an after-life and past lives when there is no proof of any of those things...

Representation of the image- man, just what you said throughout min 20, even metaphorically transfers to God (or anyone’s word preference)…. Energy is seen in effect. It is not seen (like gravity) directly. Yet it is there. And causes all kinds of cause & effects. Which in turn, as We are more than 3d beings- presupposed in energy to begin with, it is a matter of the Highest Self, not the lack of, or taking out other dimensions of consciousness to make sense of something. The larger you expand, the more you see, the more you are the dog wagging the tail, you are the ocean & the drop. Going beyond 3d reality to Source, We return not to wholeness. We return to the memory of wholeness. Oh My Gosh. Typing at Mach speed. Also want to mention a realization; in 3d reality, most refer to themselves in ways of what they do, have a blueprint for numbers & what someone should not shouldn’t be doing at different points. ‘Image.’ ‘ I- AM- age.’ No youre fucking not, you’re Whole..! Go beyond..! Thank you..!
