As reminded of how good he is, in 'Avengers' When he was with Loki in his Stark Tower, he did that look to the side, which displays confidence and no lack of confidence. I wondered the same thing. I was told he was annoying because of how much he 'panders' his guests and also because of his 'fake laugh'. Personally, I thought Jimmy was being genuine, but to each their own. When watching him now, I kinda get it. Now, I think one of the best talk shows is The Graham Norton show, if you haven't seen it, definitely check out some clips on youtube. The guy is great.
