I am a retired labor and delivery nurse and I guarantee there is no one in that room who is even remotely worried about a little pop! Most of us mamas have that happen as a natural part of childbirth. We are pushing a whole human through an area that is up against our lower digestive tract. No shames mama! You did beautifully!

To each his own. After having 1 natural birth and 2 C-sections I can strongly say for me there is no man or woman alive or dead that can convince me to go natural, no meds ever again. It is far too much pain for any human being to suffer. I almost lost my own life doing it the first time and thank God that he kept me. Everyone’s body is different.
