Emotiva XPA Gen3 Custom 10 Channel Amp Review | I go full separates…

I review and give my full opinion on my new Emotiva XPA Gen3 10 channel audiophile amplifier. Now that I have a full separates setup and I can give my full opinion on whether it's worth the cost/trouble. With this amp, I have enough to channels of amplification to implement my 17 channel home theater in my new theater build.
This is definitely one the best values in home theater amplifiers on the market right now. If you're looking for a new amplifier for your home theater, this should be at the top of your list. This gives you very good performance and is relatively attainable for many enthusiasts.

Agreed .... Emotiva amplifiers are some of the best available. I'm powering my 7.2.4 HT with the XPA-11 Gen3, feeding it with a Denon 4700H (all channels in Pre-amp mode). Also, have an XPA-2 Gen3 powering one of my 2-channel music set-ups ... awesome amplifiers, run cool given their topology, and lots of power to spare! Thanks for sharing experience with Emotiva.

I too, run my system with Emotiva amps. I went with the BasX series, 2,4, and 5 channel amps to run a 5.4.6 setup!

Have looked at the Marantz Cinema 40 or 50? I like the fact that they have four independent subwoofer output for better calibration. What made you choose the Anthem over the rest? Thanks for sharing!

I have Martin Logan Foundation F2 4 ohm speakers. They recommend 15-200 watts. Will the XPA GEN 3 damage the Martin Logan speakers? I’m currently using the Sony STR-AZ5000ES. Rated at 130 watts two channels driven. Great video. You just got a new subscriber.

I think you should be ok. You would have to push them really hard to get close to pulling 200 watts.

@@marcosdellavalle2309 You're only going pull the full 15 amps in the most extreme circumstances. Like using specialized bench testing equipment that can put a synthetic load on the amp. For day to day you'll probably use 5-7 amps each at most.

I am getting ready to spend a bit load of money on emotive amplifiers I was searching KZbin to find people that have hooked them app and actually listened to him You went through this whole long video and glossed Uber the thing that I Wanted to Know how do they sound what is the depth and the texture of The Sound are they punchy or are they airy it would have been nice to Talk More about how they actually sound all this other stuff was not necessary
