Got my emove scooter and the wheel wasnt aligned with the neck of the scooter.. i tried loosening the 3 bolts on the side and the one on the inside when folding down the neck.. and i cant twist it it seems to want to just want to come straight up.. so i my light point about 2 inches off to the right and so i just aligned the handle bars with the wheel to make up for it.. how do you adjust the stearing alignment

Had to spray oil (3-in-one oil) to loosen the silver button, which was stuck upon delivery.
