Hi Arron, I downloaded the HighViber app, however when using my Apple ID to sign in I received a message stating I need an invite to join. I can’t find any other way for contacting you so I hope this find your inbox. Look forward to hearing from you. Kevin.

Very interesting analogy since I rescued my 2 step kids from a whole flurry of narcissists and an unsafe home. It's just like you said... my son ran around breaking hearts, demanding his "needs" be met, and never felt pain unless it was his own, and my daughter stiffens and says "What?" any time I so much as sigh. She showers me with compliments and thanks so much that I don't even know how she really feels. Both sides are sort of sad since both feel like barriers to a real relationship.

This is my brother and I. He became a narcissist supreme full of hatred and I became the extreme empath with no sense of self. A well known musician once told me "you're always on everyone else's side so you walk into every situation already a loser 2-0."

I love Aaron's way of putting it back to our familiar pattern. The inner child work has healed so much. ❤❤

Thanks so much for sharing. It feels so truthful. The shamepart is also so interesting. So important for empaths to hear. Also the way you think about others and that you then manifest it all the time. They always say life is a game and that irritates me, because I think we make it hard for eachother, but when you look at it in this way it is quite funny that you manifest it yourself with your old believesystem. It is so interesting that you realy only have to change yourself and nobody else has to change around youand then you will be in peace. Powerful talk.

if you’re not ready for real change, skip the book Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki, it’s too much for most people.

That girls already getting better and she doesn't even know it. She asked Aaron a question and spoke up. I guarantee say 15 years ago sitting at her desk she couldn't wait to ask but stayed quiet.

Ok, so I took care of my bestfriend, while she was sick, 4 days a week I chose to put my life on hold and bust butt caring for her (she was a pain in ass) no one helped, would just stop by or voice there crappy comments of how she should be living better, but never helped fine, whatever then when she passed away, in my care. They call me a murderer! How is that my fault? How do I ignore that? Say it on Facebook etc. horrible, can't call someone worse than that!

A lot of times, family and friends need someone to blame when they are grieving. They are on emotional overload. It doesn't make it justifiable or okay, but that's probably what is happening. Stay strong knowing you did all you could for her in her time of need. ❤ Blessed be, my friend.

But showing up late isn't all you, you wouldn't show up to an interview late, or think or " Mr. Hand in fast times at Ridgemont high" so this part confuses me( by the way, I'm always the late one)

Probably a stupid question, but how do you " feel the shame" I hate myself everyday! So not sure?

I’ve found that breathing meditation is a great start. Then focus on the feeling you want to be free from. Send it to the ether and you will be able to see the why.

you probably shouldn’t read the book Magnetic Aura if you’re cool with missing out on how attraction really works.

I found great value in this video as it helped me gain clarity on my feelings of anger following a recent break up from a real covert narcissist. I understand now WHY love bombing made me feel so loved and I that the connection I felt with this individual was not genuine love, but rather a familiarity with the energy of my mother. I have come to acknowledge that the relationship met his unconventional needs and my need to feel loved, wanted, and seen. This realization has allowed me to understand my own tendency to seek external validation for my inner emotions, and that just like my ex partner, I have been incapable of regulating my inner world. This has helped me cool the VULCANIC ANGER I felt towards my ex. I am grateful for this video Aaron. X
