Very nice fly, I am still reeling from the last one with the willy wings! This is great too. You make some very delicate flies. Thanks for sharing your techniques. I am a relative new comer to tying so I am hesitant to try some of these delicate patterns. I will give it a go. All the best, Sean

Very n ice tying I wonder if with a stripped peacock quill and dun tail you could imitate the little iron blue dun that hatch early in the year usually with the quill gordons.You make tying with cdc look effertlessSome guys try to complicate It your way looks the best to me Think I'm gonna try some like that.All the best

The best way to restore the dry fly is deffiantly to press the fly between two pieces of Amadou. I had a piece but unfortunately I lost it. but the best I have ever used.

SMHAEN in flyfishing i find just rinsing the fly in water then sqeezing it between the shirt or tissue paper etc etc does the trick,don t know what the big deal alot of anglers make about using cdc,i took 25 brown trout one evening in a sedge hatch with 1 cdc sedge pattern

Hi Eric, I think that it is stories from one person to another, it spread as rings in the water. almost all my dryflies I useis cdc flies cdc flies is deffiantly very strong flies.

Besides the amadou.... definitely and for sure...attach a rubber band to your vest then hook the fly to the rubber band and sling it 3,4 times...the best!!

Hi José I dont use a specific brand. but I always check CDC´s when I enter a shop. so I am often lucky to find some good ones.
