You gotta twist your muffler a bit to get the exhaust off the brake line. From were it joints together back. I had to do mine that way. My wife held the header pipe while I twisted the rest. Spring hanger on exhaust should be lined up. Just some advice..

I got the same quad. Wanting to have empire dual exhaust installed. Any problems with the check engine light coming on or the bike going into limp mode.

Stock exhaust no. It made more power with the tune. This exhaust is a full and it’s loud.

Yea, I didn’t have the flange seated right and had the wrong tune loaded

Curious if you switched from monster to empire duals? I'm in a major debate with myself on what to buy. Monster don't make a dual setup. I don't really care for the shape of the empire cans, but I'm looking for a "better deeper growl" as far as performance I think they both perform great. I'm more interested in looks and sound at this point

Man what’s the difference between 700r and the 450r

700r has more bottom end, not as wide set up for trails and has reverse. A 450 is wide with more top end. Have to keep the RPMs up. And more track ready.

Both go about the same speed stock. An 450r has no reverse. I'm slowly turning my 2019 700r se into a track machine so I get the best of both worlds I'm just going to widen it out and lower it a little bit.

Idk how it would run with out a tune. I know the first time I uploaded was very rich and it was shooting flames like crazy. It may be fine. I’ll just say run a higher octane gas to make up for the air flow.
