That was my understanding. It reduces bump steer from what I have been told which I don't really have to worry about too much i have a precision steering elite . i'm setting up my raptor for cross country. I appreciate your response and enjoy watching your videos. Thanks for your help and advice, When everything is complete. I'll shoot you a vid of it on the ground all ready to run.

@@limitlesspowersports Hey I'm a new subscriber, I saw your comment on another video about the Yamaha dealership, anyway I literally just bought my new "2024 Yamaha Raptor 700R SE", I haven't picked it up yet because it just snowed out enough to leave the ditches wet/ or slushy/ or still has snow leftover in some spots & I don't want to get my brand new bike wet or dirty, & after watching your video I'm really glad that I made that decision to wait to pick it up because It would be extremely difficult to not take it for a rip or 2, but do you have any advice for me to make sure I do with or do to the bike before taking it for a rip? Obviously put some grease in some spots but this is the first brand new bike I've bought, I used to buy one that is just a year or 1.5 years old because chances are it will have a few bolt-ons, exhaust, suspension, etc but mine is also the "700R SE", so it already has upgraded suspension front & rear, GYTR PARTS & a front pull bar, & heal guards,...ect, so honestly I don't know if it would be stupid or smart to swap out the suspension because that is why it's costs about another 1,000$ is because of the aftermarket parts on the SE/= SPECIAL EDITION, SO I'd love any helpful advice/info, because I honestly don't know what all you should normally do with brand new bikes, so you would really be helping me out, & those handlebars look & seem like a game changer for jumps, having a little suspension to them at least sounds like a billion dollar idea! This is the first I've seen or heard about them but I wish I had them for my "DS-650 BAJA", That quad was an absolute beast, if you check out a video we made in the dunes called "DS-650 VS ALL", & we couldn't find anything that could beat it, it did have a little turbo & at least half of that bike was aftermarket, so we would give them the hit & I would gun it until they were already halfway up the dune, but that DS-650 BAJA Was like putting a crotch rocket motor in it, but it was the original motor well shell of the motor basically everything else was upgraded/ aftermarket, & you could hit 133mph on 1 block on any streets or Avenues, but then you would want another block to slow down more carefully lol, but love your videos & channel bro, keep up the great work & channel man!!! 100%!!!!!

@limitlesspowersports 7 ай бұрын
I got the file for this one from Cuervo Racing. Highly recommended. Throttle response is spot on and power is there. No need to take this one to the Dyno. If you get used to the big 3 power the stage 3 cam on the Raptor has almost no bottom end loss. It gives you 3,000 rpm of useable power. If you look at the stock cam it stops making power around 6,000 rpm so you may as well shift to get back into the power range. With stage 3 it pulls all the way to redline.

You got it. New bike checks is actually a good video idea 👍 Grease a-arms, rear linkage, if you want to dig into the bike the dealer never adds grease to the upper steering stem. R vs SE is just the color. Gytr parts I like the metal heal guards, I would call the front bumper an upgrade. Shock difference is 700 vs 700 r /r se. The fronts on the R are piggy back & fully adjustable low, high compression, rebound. 700 has no piggy back. The rear on the 700 is high compression and rebound adjustable. 700r got the low speed compression adjustment as well as a black body. As far as upgrades. Enjoy it! Keep up with maintenance is best mod you can do. I have a Raptor maintenance video in the making. First mod? Maybe tires I use GBC. Adjust factory suspension for your weight, precision steering damper. As far as the flex bars they do help, precision racing sells flex clamps that are pretty popular as well.
