I've live in Runcorn, Murdishaw, since 1975 and what a childhood we had. I didn't get an ASBO though but I did end up in front of a juvenile court judge when I was ten. We had some brilliant adventures. Great song and video.

I've only tried to point out some of the issues that I myself have encountered growing up in a town such as this one, as being someone who was born across the Mersey. These things happen to people like you and me everyday in every small town across the country. I'm very glad that many people like the video, and more so because some people hate it. I was fully aware before making this video that the bridge is actually known as The Jubilee Bridge and Southgate has been known as Hallwood Park for many years, as I used to live myself in the late 1980's. The reason those references were used is because I knew that they would get up some peoples noses, and they also fitted very well into the structure of the lyric.
