Employee claims in liquidation

Question: if you are a salaried part time member of staff of some 12 years, and the company is liquidated, without notice pay, can a part time worker claim statutory notice pay for the day they have lost at the liquidated firm until they that day with other work (even tho they work elsewhere for a few other days)?
