Thanks for reaching out! The template can be saved multiple times for different managers and their direct reports. For a lot of situations, managers have less than 20 direct reports, so this would work for most. However we did have someone request this for 75 employees and will be adding that as an upgrade option soon. If you want to make your own changes or customizations to this excel file, also be sure to get the unprotected version option.
