I think Gaz stated the epitome, barstool is such a dream place to work that you have to grind and tyler didnt want to grind as hard but also didnt want to betray the barstool way. Dave isn’t understanding 2 things for sure. 1. The part where Tyler said he wanted to shift to a different industry - I think that’s fair! He was a loyal employee for 5 years it’s not like he used barstool to further his career. He was honest about that. 2. “Work life balance” meant that Tyler 1st: wanted a less public job and 2nd: better hours to balance job and real life. “He’s working for a building” is fucking hilarious though
