the worst weasel move is that, if hes ever played in a live poker tourny before, he knows that he wont be allowed to wear the mask... hes just waiting until after dave buys him his entry so he can feign like he didnt know. At no live poker tourny are you allowed to wear masks that cover your face like that. Covering your eyes is ok, but if you wear a mask then the tourny directors cant make sure that you are the player who is supposed to be seated there. Phil laak infamously already tried this and landed on wearing snowboarders goggles.

It's a matter of consent. Trysta still "owns" her blog, her draft, her words until she publishes them. Nate has no right to publish her words before she does. That's the abuse of power. That's the line that was crossed. He can edit them as an editorial manager, but to expose her blog before it goes live and is open to the public is a clear ethical line.
