@@user-tp8cd2nr7v no offense but you don’t speak for everyone there, nor can you as 1 person disregard all the testimonies of the countless victims who had to flee their horrible circumstances there. there’s even documentaries with ppl going undercover on this. it’s horrible and just bc YOU treat your nanny as a human being doesn’t mean your fellow countrymen do too

He forgot to add that you have to confiscate her passport, just for her safety. And while you have to give her one day off per week, you don't actually have to tell her about the day off, so she can keep working and not get in trouble.

Its against the Law for every employer to get someone's passport. Passport is the most valid ID, a personal stuff, no one can handle it except for the owner of it.
