Liberals are saying a lot fancy and phantom stuff in support of shamelessness. According to them it is one's right to be as dressed or undressed as they want, you can see them, feast your eyes on them but when when it comes to see through the eyes of the camera lense then you need to take consent like "should I capture/record your nudity/beauty that you are showing publicly or you will charge for it?" Indeed, there should an autonomy to get recorded at public places without any further verbal or written consent because one has already agreed to present before people the way they want. Rahi baat recording ki to woh to CCTV bhi aap se bina puchhay record kerta hi hai or ainda bhi keray ga. Problem sirf us ko hogi who will either charge money for showing them up or doesn't want to be bashed publicly without monetary benefit. I would say under Islamic Law she should not be sitting this close to a non mahram as it could potentially lead to zina. The rules are there to protect us all. It is clear from the video he has his legs open and is touching the girl. This is haraam and not a good look for the ummah. In Islam there is allowed and not allowed and its nothing to do with being modern or not. If one person stays away from zina by reading this comment then I have done my job.
