Feel good from within in this 3-week EMPOWER program featuring low impact workouts from Pilates, Walking and LIIT (low impact interval training) workouts. This is a great program to do if you're at the beginner level or just getting back into a regular fitness routine! Workouts are released Monday, Wednesday and Fridays beginning May 6. Complete all 9 workouts by midnight May 31 for a chance to win one of three $50 Amazon giftcards! For the fifth workout in this series, we are going for a walk and adding light weights (optional) Take this indoors or outdoors and enjoy 12 different movements that we'll repeat two times to total almost 2 miles! No weights will be held in the first rounds but you have the option to add 1-3lb weights in the second rounds.
