Hey ally great workout. I have a question out of curiosity. I noticed that your arms are really firm compared to mine, and I am a 20 year old guy lol. This got me curious to know the strength difference between our arms. So, what's your 1 rep max for single arm bicep curl? Mine is 17.5 lb (below 8 kg). To put simply, if we arm-wrestle, who will win? 🤭💪 please don't see this as comparison, it just me setting strength goals!

Hi Coach Allison ma'am! Is this also for men? I am man and did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I used soup cans (half lb) as weights for the entire lesson but was struggling when my arms completely gave up and I stopped and my MIL told me to go and rest to recover. I did bicep curls using soup cans :( My MIL did the full session using 30 lb barbell! She did bicep curls with that!! Her biceps are thick and powerful like yours and she has massive strength! I feel really low and defeated.

Working on transition to the mat. Great workout! Working on getting stronger, perfect my form and getting more flexible. I had major spinal surgery over 4 years ago and the climb has been nothing I could have ever imagined it would be. Stronger with your workouts. Love your videos.💗💗
