Diddy has a long history of doing his artists dirty. Most of his artists' careers are in the grave. They don't call it "the bad boy curse" for no reason. The only "artist" Diddy is invested in is himself..

Actually, he didn’t “kick her to the curb”...she requested to be released from her contract bc she was ready to come out as a solo artist and the label at the time wasn’t ready to look into Dawn as a solo artist and promote her. She’s spoken on this several times. There were a lot of artists under contract during the time who were waiting to have their projects released and promoted. So she would’ve had to wait 2 or 3 years to release anything under the label. She chose to leave and he allowed her to peacefully.

colorism is real. As a dark skin black women that’s experienced discrimination in all aspects in my life due to my skin color, I can’t imagine how harsh it is in hollyweird & the industry. It’s a shame being an unambiguous dark skin women is literally frowned up. Dawn is beyond beautiful too! It’s sad that her career would have been different if she were light skin. Colorism is one of the reasons I go so hard about distinguishing mixed race from black folks. Allowing the likes of Kim kardashian to refer to & label her children as black instead of mixed, erases actual black folks, especially unambiguous black folk. If we continuously refer to mixed race people as black, it’s allowing companies, advertisements, commercials, etc to use mixed race people to represent actual black people, especially darkskin black folk. Eventually unambiguous black folks will be erased from movies, media, commercials, dolls, etc, all together. We won’t be able to see ourselves represented & actual images of ourselves no where...

@peacheserrano14 жыл бұрын
She was broke the first time around when the group was originally disbanded. People call her weak because she wanted to quit the group before it got disbanded and after that, she quit Aubrey's comeback concert after recording the song and rehearsals. Then she quit the reunion midway through the tour. I'm sure she was going to get paid for the concert with Aubrey and most likely got paid for appearing in a couple of the episodes of all about Aubrey as well as the reunion tour. So being broke doesn't have to do with her quitting so many times. And actually, she didn't quit the first time either. Diddy fired her. So money didn't have anything to do with it.
@michaelmarsh30564 жыл бұрын
You're counting coins that you don't even know exist. How do you know Drew got paid for Aubreys show? We don't. Also she quit the second time because of egos. Didn't she quit before they fall apart again after Dawn punched Aubrey? I don't blame her, performing for peanuts and having to be around divas would get old fast and I'd quit too. But if you feel so strongly go audition for Diddy new group and I'll see how long you last.

@@michaelmarsh3056 I'm not counting coins that don't exist. She sure did get paid for the episodes she appeared on all about Aubrey. She may have quit the tour because of ego, but again, she was still getting paid. So you yourself proved that point that it wasn't about money or being broke AND she quit before Dawn even touched Aubrey. Obviously egos and diva behavior had not much to do with it since she originally wanted to join them again on this most latest tour but didn't because her husband was sick. They didn't get paid peanuts for any of their tour's. They got paid pretty well seeing as their shows were all packed. So. Again, money had had nothing to do with her wanting to quit so many times. As for me "auditioning", I never said I was a singer and even if I were, I wouldn't be stupid enough to go to someone like Diddy to try and sign me.

King Sham so did Dawn after she finally paid Diddy back. But I think it was a general understanding that Diddy wouldn’t be involved. Especially if Aubrey was there. Aundrea too for that matter. I think he would rather put Diddy- Dirty Money back together first. And not for nothing, I don’t think they would’ve gone back to Bad Boy anyway. They came off tour in debt, was never believed in by the label, and we all know that label is a black hole for artists who don’t cater to urban black people who are rap and traditional RnB fans. I don’t see how anyone signs to Bad Boy or Cash Money at this point in the game. Too much info out.

Diddy should be ashamed of himself. He’s done a lot of people wrong. A lot. I love how Aubrey said he should do right by the groups he’s formed. I am not of fan of hers but she speak’s the truth. Truth. It’s not nice. It’s not. All he does is post elitist and capitalistic views of “Black excellence” he’s a Black man who hides behind money and power, when in fact, he hates his own self. You use all those people for money and not really give a damn about them. Terrible man! Black excellence is looking out for your fellow Black people. Those were Black people in those groups he dismantled and left without a job. And to take it a step further those were people! who he left in the cold, all this to say he doesn’t exemplify excellence in general. Excellence is using your platform to help others, without needing to profit off of it. He ain’t about any other excellence, only his own. Crying about Kim (God rest her soul) no one deserves to experience that kind of lost! But he waited until she was gone! To realize he should have done right by her, instead of running around like an old ass creep dating women his kid's age. True character.

I don't see sisterhood. They seem like opportunists who only come together when their backstabbing ways & solo careers backfire. Danity Kane is 1 big toxic relationship that never ends. It's like that ex that keeps leaving & dissing you, thinking the grass is greener, but then comes back with the fake tears, begging for a new chance. And like a doormat, the door & opportunities for more bs are welcomed right back in b/c neither has the sense to just LET...IT...GO! I think they've all betrayed in each other along the way, just in different ways. I didn't realize they'd broken up & gotten back together this many times. Now it makes sense why I've never sensed true sisterhood with them. I get chasing the bag & not letting personal drama stop business, but at some point, if there's no respect or true friendship as the foundation, it won't work & you have to cut your losses. Aubrey botching her face just confirmed how far those women will go for a bag, even at the expense of themselves. My two cents: 1. Aundrea - Loved her and her vocals. She was the highlight of the group for me. I still can't get over the fact that she didn't give us at least a solo album :( 2. Aubrey - If she's not reuniting with them, she's doing everything she can to stay relevant. I loved her until I saw her on the Apprentice. For someone who allegedly was bullied in school, she sure did knew how to be mean and bully others! And it's ridiculous to hear her be all about women empowerment while she's transforming into a whole different person because of all the surgeries. Rant over, lol 3. Dawn - I like her first two projects and Bombs, but the rest was a bit too futuristic for me. I don't think her vocals can compare to Aundrea's. Like Shakira, Dawn has a specific voice that sometimes doesn't sound appealing to me at certain notes. 4. D Woods - She always rejected the reunion and is doing her independent music but I feel she's less of a known indie artist than Dawn? (I'm from Europe, so I can't get the best perspective of the US indie scene there) I think she needed the reunion the most, but okay. 5. Shannon - Love her! She's so humble, composed and kind. Always underrated and still sings the smallest parts.

Okay so you know people are just haters when this video was posted literally 5 minutes ago, it's 46 minutes in length, and there is already a thumbs down. Like, make it make sense 🤷♀️

I gave a thumbs down I love this channel but she repeated a lot of stuff Black Feminity did this awhile ago and just seems like a lesser copy & paste.that repeats itself

@@TurtleTarp I mean if you thumbs it down after watching I totally get it, cause that's your opinion. But what I meant was, I came on the video 5 minutes after it was posted and it's 46 minutes in length and there is already a thumbs down...like there is no way whoever did that could have even watched the whole thing to make a fair judgement

man I see why diddy fired audreya ....this bih quit every time jus like did suspected. she gives up easy. I first felt bad but after seeing how many times she gave up, I'm like diddy was actually right n I agree wit him

@Esiri Eya'ufe Maybe she was devastated though from being fired on national television? I think maybe she just didn't wanna get too much into it only to possibly get fired again or not win in that group. I think she was emotionally invested at one point and once she was fired it crushed her.

Both times it was because of Aubrey. Even dawn said the reason drea left the second time was being disrespected by Aubrey. Aubrey tried pushing aundrea out of the group due to her weight and Aubrey wanting a sexier image. Aubrey bullies her due to her weight so she left to be with her family. Also she’s the only one in the group with a child. She has a step daughter. She’s not in the group now because her husband has brain cancer.

D. Mrls after watching this second part of documentary I can definitely see why he let her go,bottom line Aundrea is not cut out for the industry she’s a great singer but she just can’t cut it in the music industry but I still wouldn’t work with Diddy at all

@@mtjproducer2008 People have been saying that her husband has brain cancer and that she would be in the group but no one wants to give receipts, where did this information come? Im trying to know where/when she said she was going to rejoin the group again
