When they went solo, Kelly and Michelle went solo before Beyonce and kelly even got a hit single with Nelly. They weren't just discarded. Beyonce could have went solo after all that pushing from her dad and still failed as many artists have before but she didn't cos she had the drive and worked really to be where she is today.....that is what makes her different from the others I'm not saying they don't have drive kelly does have a few hits but I believe that without a doubt she does not work as hard as Beyonce does. She also spent years in an abusive relationship with a men that told her she was less than and was fueling hate on Beyonce....she also had people around her doing the same. Kelly has hits and could have had even more success but the media and everyone else spent more time bringing her down making her feel less than that she ended believing it and put herself in a dark place and lost so much time that she could have used to making the career she wanted. Michelle is gospel she went a completely different route when she decided to go solo so you can't compare the 2 and even blame beyonce cos they weren't even competing on the same track and had 2 different audiences that they were selling to.
